Information About Timeshares
Timeshares are a way of purchasing holiday properties with multiple parties, so that the cost of the investment can be spread between all of the sharers. Each sharer will hold rights to the property, and will be allocated certain agreed times in which they may use the property and surrounding facilities. You can also rent timeshares on a lease basis, and in this case the sharer will hold not rights to ownership on the property.
Investing in timeshare properties can be a cost effective way of owning holiday homes, as you will share all of the costs with the other parties. The only disadvantage is that you can only use the property at your allocated times, so you will need to be flexible with your vacations or be in a position to swap with other members of the timeshare agreement. Depending on what contract you have you may also be able to sell time share properties that you own, or swap them with other owners in different locations.
There are timeshare opportunities all over the world, and many of these are based in luxury resorts, with a whole host of amenities that you will also have access to. Timeshare properties are usually condos or apartments that you can buy directly from resort developers, or from another owner who is selling out of their portion of the timeshare. Buying from the developers can be easier as they will also be able to provide financing and will often offer extras and incentives, but buying from previous owners can be more cost effective as you can get some great deals on pre-owned timeshares.
At Timeshares Lifestyle you can buy or rent timeshares in a number of luxury resorts in popular locations such as Hawaii and Orlando. There is also a timeshare sales section where you can advertise your own timeshare property for sale or rent, and experienced sales staff will be able to guide you personally through setting up your advertisement, including providing virtual tours so that potential clients can access 3D views of the property and surrounding resort. There is also lots of helpful advice for newcomers to the timeshare industry, including reviews of various top resorts and an FAQ section, which provides more information on timeshare investments and how to buy and sell them.

Travel in the south of France and beaches
The South of France has some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world including the stylish French Riviera and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, which runs from Marseille straight through to Menton on the Italian border.
The French Riviera is renowned for it’s glamorous cities and lifestyle, and has reliable, summery sunshine and the typically turquoise blue waters and gorgeous sandy beaches of the Mediterranean coastline. Beaches in this area are kept in very good condition and you may need to pay a small fee to access some of them, especially in the summer months. There are also surprisingly quite a number of pebble beaches, and these can be less crowded and busy, and make a good choice if you require a bit of tranquility.
Another beautiful area in the South of France is the Languedoc coast. The resorts and beaches here are normally less bustling and crowded than the more popular French Riviera, and it is not unusual to find quiet, empty stretches of sandy beaches that you can enjoy in relative peace and quiet. The only downside is that most of the resorts in this area where built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, and are a little tired and shabby looking these days. The surrounding countryside can also be windswept and bleak, and even on sunny days the onshore breeze can be quite strong.
Travelling to the South of France is very easy, and the French train service is renowned throughout the world for its comfort and reliability. If you are travelling from the UK, you can take the Eurostar to Paris, and then switch over to the high speed TGV service, which stops off at most major cities as it travels down through the South of France, including Marseille and Bordeaux.
Car hire in the South of France is a cheap and easy option, so you may want to book a car to pick up when you arrive at your destination. When you pick up your hire car you will need your driving license and also the credit card you used to make the booking, and you should double check exactly what excess you will have to pay if you damage the vehicle. Some hire companies can charge a minimum of 800 euros for things like cracked headlamps and dented bumpers.
